Swan River Lagoon
Canada

  • Amononia decreased by 79%

  • E. coli 10-fold decreased 88%

  • Net decrease of sludge; capacity increase of ~3%; ~1581 m3 of sludge digestion-situ(2022) 

  • Potential OPEX savings greater than $65,000

  • Decrease in Ferric sulfate used; down 24,000kg (2023)

  • Increased lifespan of municipal asset

  • Odor eliminated

  • Decrease of phosphorus; prevented from exceeding compliance limit compared to the last 5 years (2018 to 2022)
